Product Box

The Product Box is the most versatile and commonly used block in AmzLinkr. It displays a complete product card with all the information a visitor needs to make a purchase decision.

What It Shows

  • Product image (from Amazon)
  • Product title
  • Current price and list price (when available)
  • Prime badge (if eligible)
  • Product features / bullet points
  • Call-to-action button with your affiliate link

How to Use

In the block editor, add a new block and search for "Product Box" or "AmzLinkr". Click the block to open the product search modal. Search by keyword or ASIN, select a product, and the block populates automatically. The product data is stored in your local WordPress database, so the block renders instantly without API calls on the frontend.

Customization Options

  • Button text — Override the global default with a custom CTA per block.
  • Show/hide price — Toggle price display for individual blocks.
  • Show/hide features — Toggle the feature bullet list.
  • Show/hide Prime badge — Control Prime badge visibility.
  • Open in new tab — Override the global link target setting.

Product Box blocks are ideal for single product reviews, featured product sections at the top of roundup articles, and sidebar widgets.

Free

Text Link

The Text Link block creates an inline affiliate link that blends naturally into your paragraph content. It is the simplest block type and is perfect for contextual recommendations within your article text.

What It Shows

  • Linked text or button with your affiliate URL
  • Customizable anchor text
  • Optional button-style rendering

How to Use

Add a Text Link block in the editor. Search for and select a product using the search modal. Set the link text to whatever you want: the product name, a call-to-action phrase, or any other text. The block renders as a styled link element with your affiliate tag embedded.

Customization Options

  • Link text — The clickable text displayed to visitors.
  • Open in new tab — Override the global setting per link.
Free

Product Image

The Product Image block displays a standalone product image that links to the Amazon product page with your affiliate tag. It is useful when you want visual product placement without the full product card.

What It Shows

  • Product image from Amazon (linked to the product page with your affiliate tag)
  • Optional alt text for accessibility and SEO

How to Use

Add a Product Image block, search for the product, and select it. The block displays the primary product image. The entire image is a clickable link to the Amazon product page.

Customization Options

  • Open in new tab — Control link behavior.
Pro

Comparison Table

The Comparison Table block creates a side-by-side product comparison that is perfect for "versus" articles, buyer's guides, and roundup posts. It is one of the highest-converting block types because it helps readers compare products directly without leaving your page.

What It Shows

  • Multiple products displayed in columns
  • Product images, titles, and prices for each product
  • Feature comparison rows
  • Individual CTA buttons for each product
  • Prime badges where applicable

How to Use

  1. Add a Comparison Table block in the editor.
  2. Click "Add Product" to open the search modal and select your first product.
  3. Repeat for each product you want to compare (2-5 products recommended).
  4. The table automatically populates with product data from each item.
  5. Reorder products by dragging them within the block.

Customization Options

  • Number of products — Add up to 5 products per table.
  • Show/hide features — Toggle the feature rows.
  • Show/hide prices — Control price visibility.
  • Button text — Customize the CTA per product or use the global default.

Comparison Tables work exceptionally well in articles like "Best Headphones 2026", "Product A vs Product B", or seasonal gift guides. They provide a scannable format that readers prefer for comparing options.

Pro

Bestseller List

The Bestseller List block automatically displays top-selling products from a specific Amazon category. It is a low-maintenance block that keeps your content fresh because the product list updates automatically with Amazon's current bestsellers.

What It Shows

  • A ranked list of bestselling products in a chosen category
  • Product image, title, and price for each item
  • Ranking indicator (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)
  • Affiliate links for each product

How to Use

  1. Add a Bestseller List block in the editor.
  2. Select an Amazon product category from the dropdown (e.g., Electronics, Home & Kitchen).
  3. Choose how many products to display (1-10).
  4. The block fetches the current bestsellers and displays them in a clean list format.

Customization Options

  • Category — Choose from Amazon's product category hierarchy.
  • Number of products — Display 1 to 10 products.
  • Show/hide prices — Toggle price display.
  • Button text — Customize the CTA text.

Bestseller Lists are ideal for sidebar widgets, dedicated "best sellers" pages, and supplementary content in category-focused articles. Because the list updates automatically, you always display currently popular products without manual maintenance.
