1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AmzLinkr website (amzlinkr.com), WordPress plugin, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website.

2. Description of the Service

AmzLinkr is a WordPress plugin that allows users to create Amazon affiliate product displays using native Gutenberg blocks. The Service includes:

  • A free WordPress plugin with core features (Product Box, Text Link, Image blocks).
  • A paid Pro version with additional features (Comparison Table, Bestseller List, geotargeting, automatic price sync, advanced analytics).
  • A license management system for Pro users.
  • A website (amzlinkr.com) for account management, documentation, and support.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. Account creation uses magic link authentication: you provide your email address, and we send you a one-time login link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activities that occur under your AmzLinkr account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or entity without their permission.

4. License Terms

AmzLinkr Pro licenses are sold on a per-site basis. Each license key may be activated on the number of WordPress sites specified by your plan:

  • Pro (1 Site) — valid for one WordPress installation.
  • Pro (3 Sites) — valid for up to three WordPress installations.
  • Pro (10 Sites) — valid for up to ten WordPress installations.

A "site" is defined as a single WordPress installation identified by its unique URL. Staging and local development environments do not count toward your site limit.

Licenses are non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key to third parties.

5. Payment Terms

Pro licenses are billed as annual subscriptions. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro license purchases. If you are not satisfied with AmzLinkr Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at legal@amzlinkr.com.

Refunds for renewal payments are handled on a case-by-case basis. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

7. Intellectual Property

The AmzLinkr plugin, website, documentation, and all associated intellectual property are owned by AmzLinkr. Your purchase of a Pro license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the plugin. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings.

8. Amazon Associates Compliance

AmzLinkr is designed to be used in conjunction with the Amazon Associates program. By using AmzLinkr, you agree to comply with:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AmzLinkr and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

AmzLinkr does not guarantee any specific results, earnings, or affiliate commissions from using the Service. Affiliate marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Plugin Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Use the plugin in a manner that violates the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin or license keys.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or non-payment.

Upon termination, your license to use the Pro version of the plugin is revoked. The free version of the plugin will continue to function, but Pro features will be disabled.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
